Customer Service Officer

Salary: $200 - $400
Role Description
- Welcome and assist showroom customers professionally.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare sales orders, and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with QC, warehouse and Installer.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.
- Update customer information and prepare daily reports.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Friendly, responsible, and able to work in a team.
