Junior System Officer

- System Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot minor technical glitches on our digital channels and assist team members with digital workplace software. 

- Data Input, Tracking & Analytics: Carefully input data into our systems, track information, ensure all data is highly accurate, and prepare clear, useful reports for the team. 

- Web & App Development & AI-Assisted Coding: Help build and update our websites. Write code for our digital projects and use AI tools to help you build, review, and test code faster. 

- Creative Design: Help design and create visual materials and graphics to make our digital platforms look great. 

- AI & Workflow Automation: Implement AI-driven productivity tools and cloud collaboration software to streamline our internal workflows and help the team work smarter.

- A Positive Attitude (Must Have): Always bring good energy, collaborative mindset, and stay happy even when tasks get hard or busy. 

- Strong Digital Skills: Have great digital literacy. You truly understand how software, websites, mobile applications, and business systems work together. 

- Coding Knowledge: Know basic web and app development and are comfortable writing code or learning new tech languages easily. 

- Creative Design Skills: Have a good eye for visuals and can help design, edit, or create graphics for our projects. 

- Love Solving Problems: Do not give up, enjoy figuring out puzzles, checking data for mistakes, and finding the right answers.
